What a terrible consequence from Trudeau's dangerous government. She was traumatized and now she immediately connects the uniform to cruelty. So many people gave lost faith in the police, the courts and the medical system. What I am seeing now: Democracy was a scam all along.

Kristen Nagel - I clicked the link and read her story of her experience in Ottawa. Words cannot convey the inspiration and hope I get from this courageous woman. She mentions Alexa from Rebel News, another courageous woman who was shot with a rubber bullet, apparently targeted. Thanks Donna, for reminding me of those who continue to fight for truth and justice. It helps me not lose hope, even though at times the evil and corruption at both federal level and worldwide seems crushing.

I also clicked and read every word of your story Kristen and thank you Donna for providing the venue for for to tell it to us. I have to admit to all that while reading it - for the first time since that historic, horrendous weekend, I felt disappointed in myself for changing my promise, commitment and determination to hold the line and stand my ground and face getting arrested for the first time in my 77 years of living. I was the last (retired) trucker still standing on Wellington between Bank and Kent - the second last - Luis Chen (owner of the white sterling and green auto hauler rig) - was already seized and handcuffed sitting in a van up on the Hill - I thought that after Ford threatened to seize our vehicles and revoke our drivers licenses and because we live in the country and my wife doesn’t drive and I figured I’d have to sign a release to qualify for bail to not attend further protests or meet with fellow freedom fighters (as Tamara Lich) - I abandoned you Kristen and I now believe I made the wrong call that evening but as both you and Lauralynn and my Brother Luis made me realize that if I also had remained and held the line alongside you all I wouldn’t have suffered those loses and would still have been able to attend yesterday’s protest and meet and hug some of my hero’s like Christine Anderson and 16 year old Ottawa arrested student Josh!

You did your part, Peter. You spent 3 weeks on Wellington Street. It's totally understandable for you to prioritize taking care of your wife, who doesn't drive. Different people had different roles to play. Yours was an honourable one. I salute you.

Thank you so much Donna but It doesn’t matter what anyone says - I have a conscience and my own belief of always doing the right thing and that was a mistake I’ll live with - I do feel so blessed with having so many true Canadian Freedom Fighters Friends to stand with but I would feel better if they were a larger proportion of the population- thank you Donna for be one of them!

Donna, thanks again for remining us how much we owe an all-to-often desperate group of people who assembled in Ottawa last year. As someone isolate from much of the Covid manipulation, by age, 78, distance, west cost of Vancouver island, independent lifestyle, and health, largely able to ignore the mandates, I want to acknowledge my gratitude for those truckers, particularly for honking the horns that showed all who question what was going on, that they were not alone.

It is my profound wish that we can keep this movement, that question blind following of authority, going until personal freedom is recaptured.

And a personal apology for all those who have suffered needless because apathy, from a generation that dropped the torch of freedom, brought this on.
