The violations of individual rights are being challenged in court and some of the recent rulings don't show a positive light, particularly the organ transplant appeal rejection. The Ottawa 300 million dollar civil lawsuit against the truckers is another as is the question of seizure of bank accounts.
We know that every government has ben compromised. Only time will tell if the courts are as well.
