Interviewed by Trish Wood
The daughter of a trucking company manager & the daughter of a mechanic (both of whom used to be mainstream media) talk about the fabulous Freedom Convoy.

Trish Wood is an independent thinker and an award-winning, former CBC journalist. These days she’s working on a documentary film about the Freedom Convoy titled The Trials of Tamara Lich. She also writes on Substack and produces a weekly podcast.
I had a great time as her guest a few days ago. Here’s Road Warrior News’ description:
Laframboise sat down for an extended interview with Trish Wood on the “Trish Wood is Critical” podcast March 3rd, and their conversation proves a valuable summary of all the facts and reality Canadians did NOT get from the mainstream media during the Convoy. (The interview starts just past the 20 minute mark of the podcast…)
Coincidentally – or perhaps not – Wood is the daughter of a trucker and Laframboise is the daughter of a mechanic. Both professional life-long journalists have a radically different take on the Truckers’ Freedom Convoy than Canada’s mainstream media demonstrated during the historic 2022 protest.
As reported earlier in Road Warrior News, “For a nation abused by arrogant government and bruised by its brutally bad policies for a decade, ‘Thank You, Truckers’ will come like a breath of fresh air. It will remind Canadians of what it felt like to be proud of our nation, and offers a chance to feel proud of the brave fellow citizens who stood up against tyranny.”
There’s a transcript of that podcast — AI-generated and therefore imperfect, but useful nonetheless. You can access it by clicking a button on the podcast page:
