Hi, Barbara. A year ago I wrote about a Toronto-based photographer turned back at the Quebec border. He says he didn't argue, was entirely cooperative, but still received a $1600 fine in the mail from Quebec.
When I worked for the Auditor General of Canada in Ottawa (July 1978-June 1981) we all had at least a Secret level of security clearance and some (mainly those auditing departments like DND & RCMP) had Top Secret levels. What gives N.B.?
But oddly, a conservative provincial govt.
Mostly we don't want to see the corrupt entitled Liberals in charge
