Just an observation ... Consider the parallels of mindless actions by Budweiser and Target with their backfiring-Wokeness-schemes to the complete lack of independent thinking by all of the people in charge of Covid policy. If we clearly grasp the underlying idea, that our education system is utterly distorted, particularly at the academic level, the scope of the social problem we face is clear. That we find the greatest amount of common sense in those who have spent the least number of years inside a classroom is proof.
