Several of the people I’ve interviewed have told me this award-winning documentary is amazing. It’s 2.5 hours long and was created by Eagle Vision Video Productions - a small, independent company from northern British Columbia.
Originally, this crew thought they were making a 5-minute film. Then things snowballed. As it says on the film’s website:
We traveled across Canada in January 2022 and experienced this protest first hand until the downtown was cleared. A week after the dust settled and the trucks were returned to their drivers, we headed out again. For the second time in one month we…drove across this great country gathering stories and eye witness accounts…
Following a series of in-theatre premieres in communities coast to coast, this film is now for sale. Blu-rays and DVDs may be ordered here. (Please note, the prices are in US dollars.)
Alternatively, you can purchase a digital copy for $15 USD or rent it online for $7 USD here.
There’s a couple of trailers on the film’s website here. I’m looking forward to watching the full length version soon. If you’ve already seen it, please let folks know what segments you found most interesting or insightful in the comment section below.
