Thank You from Kenora
'Our future rests in your hands.'
When the western arm of the Freedom Convoy rolled through Manitoba and into Ontario, it received a warm welcome in Kenora. Here’s a letter, full of gratitude and support, distributed to the truckers by someone in that community.
It thanks them for “LISTENING to the people.” It calls them heroes who are uniting the country in an “epic journey of truth and freedom.” The full text can be read below. For me, these are the most powerful lines:

In the early weeks of 2022, a large segment of the Canadian population felt unheard. People felt they were enduring unacknowledged “tyranny and injustice.” Out of that darkness, emerged the truckers. The people’s champions. The cavalry riding to the rescue.
