A group of Freedom Convoy participants who had their bank accounts frozen are suing the individuals and institutions responsible. They are demanding accountability - for their own sake, and for the sake of all Canadians.
If you watch this 1-minute video - posted on a GiveSendGo campaign launched this week - you will see some familiar names and faces:
Rich Ocelak, the aircraft mechanic whose story is told in Chapter 30 of Thank You, Truckers!
Harold and Tim Jonker, of Jonker Trucking, which had 12 trucks in Ottawa (Chapter 21)
Retired trucker and blood donor extraordinaire Peter Terranova (Chapter 32)
Jamaican immigrant O’Jay Laidley, who lost his cross border trucking job due to his Convoy participation (Chapter 12)
Clayton Mcallister, whose pickup truck was gratuitously vandalized by the police (Chapter 16)
These are all private citizens. Their funds are limited. Already, they have had to dig deep into their own pockets to fuel this lawsuit. They need our help to keep moving forward.

In a thoughtful nation, every private citizen would rally to this cause. In Canada, most people still think, 'My government would never do that to me, ' ignoring the fact that they did.
Done. :)
