The ebook will be released tomorrow and can be ordered now. The price is $9.99. If money is tight, this is a great option. Amazon has a free app for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc. that will let you read this book anywhere.

Due to a small glitch, the paperback edition won’t be available until Sunday morning. My apologies, but this is out of my hands. The price for this hefty, 500-page paperback is $25.99.
