Digital Preview of ‘Opa's Convoy Letters’
Take a peek for yourself. Maybe you'll fall in love :-)
Opa’s Convoy Letters is illustrated with text snippets from the many messages given to a Freedom Convoy trucker by members of the public. It also shows you some of the artwork he received.
(Publishing the actual artwork is tricky, since we don’t know who created it and therefore can’t get their permission. So I hired KK - a talented 10-year-old boy, who diligently created lovely reproductions.)
Since this is a children’s book, it’s a quick read. I invite you to preview the entire thing by clicking the cover image below or above. This is a low resolution, low quality preview. The files are small, and the images are fuzzy. It’s merely a taste, an aperitif.
magnifique
As another Grandpa who held the line for three weeks - I wish that I had known you we’re putting this book together Donna - I would have suggested you included a message to all those MANY BRAVE CHILDREN ALONG WITH THEIR MOMS AND DADS who stood along the roadways and bridges and came out to visit us- Thankyou Each And Everyone of You for encouraging us and helping to keep up our Spirits -It Would have been a lot harder without your kind support. specking for myself I wasn’t their just for our Grandchildren but for their eventual Grandchildren which we will not be around to see and hug
❤️💕.
